Our 70g resealable pouches are handmade to order in Stoke, Nelson using natural soy wax. Made to make your home smell amazing while also being cost effective. Simply place a few pieces into your wax warmer or electric melter and let the fragrance fill your home.

How to use

Simply place 1–2 wax melt pieces into the dish of your wax warmer or electric melter.

Turn on your melter and let the wax gently warm and release its fragrance. Enjoy the scent throughout your space.

When the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool and harden before removing it. Add fresh wax melts when you're ready for your next scent.

Care & Safety

  • Never leave a wax warmer or melter unattended while in use.
  • Keep wax melts and warmers away from children and pets.
  • Keep away from curtains, paper, furniture and other flammable materials.
  • Do not add water to your wax warmer unless the manufacturer specifically says to.
  • Allow melted wax to cool completely before handling or removing it.
  • Do not move a wax warmer while the wax is hot or melted.
  • Use only as directed and follow the safety instructions provided with your wax warmer or melter.
  • Do not eat wax melts. They are made for fragrance only.

Order processing

All orders are made fresh once they are placed. Rustic Melt Co. is a small, one-person business, and orders are made and packed after working hours around a full-time Monday to Friday job.

Please allow 1–3 days for your order to be made and packed before it is dispatched. Good things take time, and we want to make sure every order is prepared with care.

For example, if you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the soonest you can expect a shipping update is Tuesday.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Shipping info

We offer NZ-wide delivery for a flat rate of $6.50 per order.

We use Pass the Parcel, a shipping service for small businesses that uses the NZ Post / Post Haste network.

Orders are packed and dispatched from Nelson, New Zealand. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • South Island: 2–3 working days
  • North Island: 3–4 working days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and delays can occasionally happen once your parcel is with the courier.
